Our numbers are real
Our promoted ARV’s are done by our professional appraisal team – no wildly inaccurate $/sq foot ARV’s from us or comps that a realtor simply entered into an automated program.

We’re investors, too
Our rehab estimates are commensurate with the area and price point – as if we were doing it ourselves. Why waste money to over or under improve a property? Plus, we never promote a deal we are not a party to ourselves.
